Resolved. Messages have been sending normally since 15:30 BST (14:30 UTC). If a message failed between about 14:05 and 15:30 BST, please resend it from Messages in your dashboard. Failed messages were not charged.

An upstream carrier network is having an outage, so many SMS and MMS messages, including verification codes, are failing to send. You are not charged for failed messages. Please resend important messages once this is resolved. We will post an update when it is.
